This job is 100% remote and can be based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.
Your Mission
As a Junior Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving our growth by helping execute high-performing ad campaigns across digital channels (search and/or paid social). Your analytical mindset and creative flair will help us refine our strategies, optimize user acquisition and scale revenue. You’ll work closely with our creative marketing team to ensure seamless, data-backed campaigns that resonate with our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize targeted ad campaigns across one or two digital platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, Moloco, ASA, etc.)
- Analyze performance metrics, conduct A/B testing and leverage insights to improve efficiency
- Continuously refine our ad strategies to maximize user acquisition and optimize marketing spend
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and ensure a seamless user journey
- Keep an eye on the latest MarTech trends and explore new tools to enhance automation and efficiency
Your Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in managing user acquisition campaigns across one or more channels (Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills
- Technical understanding of marketing platforms and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
- Creative mindset with strong written communication skills
- A high level of ownership and attention to detail-you take initiative and make things happen!
- Experience with app campaigns, MMPs, business intelligence tools or SQL is a plus
