Deine Aufgaben
- Führung des gesamten Hardware-Entwicklungsprozess von der Konzeptphase bis zur Massenproduktion unter Einhaltung von Produktvision, Spezifikationen, Qualitätsstandards und Zeitplänen
- Koordination funktionsübergreifender Teams, um Hardware-Entwicklungsprojekte termingerecht und im Rahmen des Budgets zu planen und durchzuführen
- Identifizierung, Analyse und Lösung potenzieller Probleme
- Erhaltung von Beziehungen zu Hardware-Komponentenlieferanten, um die rechtzeitige Lieferung von Materialien sicherzustellen
- Konzeptionierung von Markteinführungsstrategien und Launch-Plänen für neue Hardware-Produkte und Funktionsverbesserungen
- Planung und hands-on Begleitung von Produktionschargen und Produktpiloten gemeinsam mit Supply Chain und anderen operativen Teams
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium in Projektmanagement, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Produktdesign oder einem verwandten Bereich; MBA oder ein weiterführender Abschluss von Vorteil
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung von mindestens 3 Jahren in technischem Projektmanagement oder anderen Produktmanagement-Rollen
- Fundiertes Verständnis von Hardware-Entwicklungsprozessen
- Erfassungsgabe und Fähigkeit zur Leitung komplexer Projekte
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Lieferanten und Herstellern zur Beschaffung von Komponenten und zur Produktionssteuerung
- Englischkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau, zusätzliche Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

Your mission
- Lead the end-to-end hardware development process, from concept to mass production, ensuring alignment with product vision, specifications, quality standards and timeline
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to plan and execute hardware development projects on time and within budget
- Identify, assess, mitigate and solve potential problems
- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with hardware component suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials
- Develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new hardware products and feature enhancements
- Plan and execute initial production batches and product piloting with supply chain and operations teams
Your profile
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Product Design, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Proven experience of 3+ years in technical project management or product management roles
- Strong understanding of hardware development processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects
- Experience working with international suppliers and manufacturers to source components and manage production
- English language skills (C1), additionally German skills are preferred
