Project Coordinator EMSR - Automation Technology (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Technical design of EMSR solutions (hardware and software architecture) as part of plant construction projects or after-sales service support.
• Detailed calculation of the EMSR sub-project budgets taking into account customer requirements, material costs, labor costs, and other relevant factors.
• Regular communication with customers to discuss the progress of projects, clarify requirements and address customer concerns. Ensuring that customer requirements and expectations are met
• Selecting, commissioning and monitoring external contractors and subcontractors to ensure that they provide the agreed services on time and in accordance with quality standards
• Creation of detailed schedules taking into account the budget specifications
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with quality standards and guidelines throughout the course of the project
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and legal requirements during the construction phase
• Preparation of reports, records, and technical documentation related to the EMSR projects.
• Close cooperation with the overall project managers and the EMSR department.

YOUR PROFILE

• Training as a master electrician, electrical technician or electrical engineer
• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience with EI&C systems in mechanical and plant engineering
• Understanding of circuit diagrams (circuit diagrams, terminal diagrams, etc.), PIDs and process engineering systems, theoretical knowledge of PLC programming
• confident written and spoken German and English skills
• confident handling of MS-Office
