Introduction

As a Project Manager CRM (m/f/d) you support the implementation of a new CRM-infrastructure to switch all marketing campaigns into one tool and automate orchestrations there. Together with team members of marketing, IT, tracking, legal and product you create new processes to analyse data and reach customers at the relevant time via the relevant channel with the relevant content.

Your tasks

• Implementation and use of Bloomreach as new CDP and Marketing tool
• Support process of data imports, tracking and analyses
• Create triggers and personalized content for CRM campaigns
• Set up and control frequency caps and preferences of users
• Contact person for technical projects in CRM team
• Creation and maintenance of documentation
• Reviews and quality testing of projects

Your profile

• Good, proactive and solution-oriented communication skills
• Good knowledge of best practices in CRM campaigns
• At least 2 years experience with different CRM tools
• Experience with Bloomreach or other CDPs and CRM tools
• Knowledge of Python (Jinja)
• Ability to abstract and generalize
• Good command of the English and German language
