Tasks

  • Sell our platform in the healthcare industry
  • Be the contact person for our customers in case they have problems with operations or the system overall
  • Organise and execute trainings with all our MOXI clients
  • Build long-term relationships with our partners
  • Provide feedback to the tech team

Requirements

  • At least two year of proven success in an sales management role and/or customer success service
  • Strong communication, problem solving skills and strong entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
  • Proficiency in conflict management
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite and management software programs such as Hubspot is a plus
  • Ability to communicate in German and English
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is desirable
  • Strong network in the DACH region or internationally is desirable
