Our DevOps team is international, working on the core system that is critical to the success of the business. It plays a pivotal role in maintaining, innovating and optimising our technology infrastructure, ensuring that our development teams and customers experience the best possible performance and reliability. We are looking for a partner who will bring knowledge and enthusiasm, willing to share experiences and ideas within the engineering and operations departments. Your tasks

• Ensure high availability and reliability of all production and test environments.
• Develop automation solutions for standard DevOps tasks such as deployments, monitoring, and scaling. This includes writing scripts to reduce the need for human intervention.
• Assist our software engineering teams by providing the necessary infrastructure (servers, storage, and networking), tools, and frameworks needed for continuous delivery.
• Enhance the efficiency of development workflows through continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices, thereby increasing developers' satisfaction and productivity.
• Quickly respond to and resolve system failures and mitigate potential outages or disruptions.
• Work closely with engineering teams to design and implement robust solutions to complex technical challenges.
• Regularly update skills and knowledge to utilize the best tools, technologies, and practices

Your profile

• At least 6 years of experience in DevOps
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
• Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration.
• Experience with automation software like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and managing scalable cloud-based environments.
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Problem-solving skills - ability to troubleshoot and optimize application deployments and resolve infrastructure issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical teams.
