Senior Product Manager, Monetization

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Product Manager to join our Monetization team and help us pave the path towards exponential growth in revenue and the retention of paid users. This job is 100% remote and can be based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.
Your Mission
You will lead the development of our product strategy together with our Product Lead by:
- Developing and implementing monetization tactics, focusing on improving conversion rates and user retention. Work closely with our Product Lead for specific guidance on monetization strategies.
- Engaging in regular communication with Product Designers and Engineers to develop and refine product features. Participate actively in ideation sessions to ensure the alignment and feasibility of initiatives.
- Collaborating with Data Analysts to gather and analyze data, making informed decisions to optimize the user experience. Identify drop-out rates and devise strategies to improve completion rates.
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behavior and preferences. Use insights to inform product decisions and enhance user satisfaction.
- Running experiments and A/B tests with precision, guiding us toward growth by enhancing user retention and engagement and setting the stage for our app to be a market leader.

- Creating and refining our product roadmap to position our app as a market leader and ensure it remains responsive to the evolving needs of our users.
- Establishing a collaborative relationship with the Marketing team to align on strategic goals and turn vision into reality. This ensures that every campaign and initiative propels us toward our common objectives.
- Advocating for and adopting cutting-edge tools and methodologies that will elevate our operational efficiency and effectiveness. This, in turn, guarantees that our team remains agile and our strategies remain impactful.
We are looking for someone who is innovative, insightful, strategic, collaborative and a leader. Your proven track record in product development and your passion for nutrition and health will make you an integral part of our journey toward redefining the health app space.
Your Profile
- You have a proven history of leading product development with a keen eye for detail and a robust analytical approach, guiding teams through discovery, research and delivery.
- You are proficient in conducting and utilizing qualitative and quantitative research to inform product development.
- You have exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data and derive actionable insights.
- You have a forward-thinking mindset, are ready to contribute strategically to the company's scalability, and are backed by experience in driving product initiatives from concept through launch and iteration.
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and are capable of articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences.
