Supply Chain Manager
Place of work: Poland, Estonia, Serbia, Lithuania or Germany
Your tasks.
· Drive digitalization and automation across supply chain operations
· Optimize inventory and logistics processes to minimize costs and enhance delivery efficiency.
· Embrace and implement digital technologies to streamline supply chain processes.
· Develop a robust risk management strategy to mitigate supply chain disruptions
· Develop monitoring systems and automated reports to track performance through key KPIs.
· Oversee day-to-day logistics, inventory, and team management while making strategic decisions that align with organizational goals.

Your profile

· Minimum 10 years in senior management within an international supply chain context, preferably in the automotive or wiring systems industry.
· Strong ERP system knowledge (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
· Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams.
· Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Fluent in English and one of the following languages: German, Polish, Lithuanian, Estonian, Serbian
