Deine Aufgaben
- Du entwickelst und gestaltest intuitive und ansprechende Benutzeroberflächen für unsere digitalen Produkte
- Du erstellst Prototypen, Wireframes und Mockups zur Visualisierung und zur Verprobung von Designideen
- Du überprüfst und optimierst die Usability bestehender Systeme und Anwendungen
- Du führst Nutzerforschung und Usability-Tests durch, um die Bedürfnisse und Erwartungen der Nutzer zu verstehen
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Entwickler-Team/Product Owner zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Designs technisch umsetzbar und benutzerfreundlich sind
- Du bleibst über aktuelle Designtrends informiert und führst Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtungen durch
Dein Profil
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Grafikdesign, Medieninformatik oder einem verwandten Bereich und Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im UI/UX Design
- Du beherrschst Interface-Design Programme wie Figma, Adobe XD oder ähnliche (wir arbeiten mit Figma)
- Du bringst ein Grundverständnis von Web-Technologien mit (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), um die Machbarkeit von Designs zu verstehen
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Nutzerforschung und Usability-Tests sowie in der Auswertung und Interpretation der Ergebnisse
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team und bringst eine hohe Eigeninitiative und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit, sowie einen Blick für Details
- Du bist wortgewandt in Deutsch und Englisch

In the vastness of the event organiser spheres, we are now looking for energetic support for our office in Dresden in order to move further, higher and faster in the event sky. Your mission
- You develop and design intuitive and appealing user interfaces for our digital products
- You create prototypes, wireframes and mockups to visualize and test design ideas
- You review and optimize the usability of existing systems and applications
- You conduct user research and usability tests to understand the needs and expectations of users
- You work closely with the development team/product owner to ensure that designs are technically feasible and user-friendly
- You stay informed about current design trends and conduct market and competitor research
Your profile
- You have a degree in graphic design, media informatics or a related field and you have several years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- You are proficient in interface design programs such as Figma, Adobe XD or similar (we work with Figma)
- You have a basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand the feasibility of designs
- You have experience in conducting user research and usability tests as well as in evaluating and interpreting the results
- You enjoy working in a team and have a high level of initiative and a structured way of working, as well as an eye for detail
- You are fluent in German and English
